To All VOXX International Customers,

Vox Website Hosting

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grow, we recognize that protecting those we love while maintaining some sense of normalcy in our business is a challenge none of us has ever faced before. There are no simple solutions and the situation changes daily. We sincerely hope that you and your families are and stay well. That said, we want you to know that in addition to protecting the health and safety of the VOXX family, we also have every intention of taking all steps necessary to maintain our facilities so that we can continue to serve our customers.

It is also important that you know our Supply Chain has not been broken, our inventory position is strong and while we might be doing things a little differently, all our facilities are up and running, shipping orders on time and continuing to provide the highest level of support to our customer base. We plan to remain open unless we are mandated to close. Wherever possible, employees have begun to operate from home. Of course, production lines cannot operate remotely, so for those employees we are closely monitoring the guidance from local and federal authorities to safeguard them while we remain operational. Our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers remain open and all offices, except New York, are open. We will advise of any changes to this as they happen.

From our early days in 1965 as a small car stereo company to the International consumer electronics company that we are today, VOXX in its many versions has weathered many storms. We believe our success has been the power and resiliency of our Voxx teams around the globe and the loyalty of our many customers. We will get through this together.

Stay safe.

Sincerely,

Patrick M. Lavelle
